A Better Marriage Starts Here

At Liberty Church, we believe marriage is a sacred covenant—designed by God, built on love, and sustained by grace. Scripture reminds us that “a cord of three strands is not easily broken” (Ecclesiastes 4:12), and we’re committed to helping couples invite God into the center of their relationship.

Because we value health, believe in each individuals purpose (and their combined purpose in a marriage), and honest communication, we are excited to offer Re|Engage, a marriage enrichment program designed for couples at every stage—from those barely holding on to those simply wanting to grow closer.

Re|Engage provides a safe, small-group setting to explore God’s design for marriage, hear stories of hope, and learn practical tools to build a stronger, more Christ-centered relationship.

No matter where your marriage is today, there’s a next step forward—and we’re here to take it with you.

What is Re|Engage

Re|Engage brings couples together to learn about God’s design for marriage and apply biblical principles for building a healthy, thriving relationship. Whether your marriage feels strong or you're in a season of struggle, Re|Engage is a place for every couple to grow.

This 14-week experience includes large group teaching, real-life stories from couples who’ve experienced transformation, and small group discussions where couples can process what they're learning in a safe and supportive environment.

Each week focuses on a key area of relational growth—like grace, forgiveness, communication, conflict resolution, and commitment—offering tools that are both practical and deeply rooted in Scripture. You’ll be challenged to look inward, love selflessly, and pursue God’s purpose for your marriage.

Re|Engage is more than a class—it’s a pathway to relational health, deeper connection, and spiritual renewal in your marriage.

Large Group

Every week begins in a large group setting, where you will hear stories of hope from other couples whose marriages have been transformed. Re|engage leaders will also share practical steps you can take to improve your own relationship.

Small Group

After meeting as a large group, participants will break off into smaller groups, with each group led by a facilitator couple. Together, you and your small group will work through the 14-lesson curriculum and learn how to effectively communicate, resolve conflict, and grow closer to your spouse.

Re|engage is about relationships.

Our goal is to help you grow in your relationship with your spouse, with other couples, and with God.

You are not alone

You and your spouse will go through re|engage in a group with 4-6 other couples who, just like you, are seeking a better marriage. More than just a weekly meeting, small groups bond by sharing life experiences and supporting one another.

Leaders who lead
by example

Re|engage facilitators are passionate about getting to know you, hearing your story, and leading you to a healthier marriage.
They will be honest about their own struggles while helping you see clearly the challenges in your marriage.

Experience what marriage is meant to be

God has designed marriage to be a supportive, loving, life-giving relationship that mirrors His own unconditional love for us.
Re|engage will help you better understand that design and learn how to apply it to your own marriage.

Who should attend?

Re|engage is for one man, one woman couples who are married (in other words, this is not for seriously dating, engaged, or cohabitating couples). Previously married couples who are separated or divorced and are considering reconciliation are encouraged to attend as well.
Who is Re|engage for?
Re|engage is for marriages, between one man and one woman, in any and all conditions. Every marriage will benefit, whether couples are struggling to get along, the marriage seems broken, or they simply want to grow closer together relationally. Attendance without both spouses present is allowed; however, Closed Groups are reserved for couples who are both committed to the process. Previously married couples who are separated or divorced, but might consider reconciling, are also welcome to attend Re|engage. Re|engage is not intended for seriously dating, engaged, or cohabitating un-married couples.
Is Re|engage the same at all churches?
All Re|engage churches cover the same curriculum in a Closed Group format, sharing stories of grace and healing through Christ. Because of size or location, some churches may only offer Re|engage at particular times of the year. There may be other local nuances, but the key elements of Re|engage are consistent between all churches.
How is Re|engage different from other marriage programs?
The goal of Re|engage is not primarily to save couples from divorce, or even to make healthier marriages. The goal of Re|engage is to fashion couples into better disciples of Jesus Christ. We believe as our hearts better align with God's plan and desire for our lives, all relationships (including our marriages) will improve. Through the felt need for better (or more tolerable) marriages, couples will come looking for help. Ultimately, what we offer them is Christ.
Another difference is that Re|engage is a small-groups based ministry.  Unlike traditional counseling or mentoring where couples meet with an individual or one other couple, we believe life (and marriage) transformation best occurs in the context of relationships with others.
Does it cost anything to attend Re|Engage
The only cost to participate is the purchase of your workbook. That cost is reflected when you sign up. Each participant will need their own workbook.
Do I need to register before showing up to Re|engage?
Yes, here at Liberty Church, registration is required. Re|Engage follows a closed group model, meaning once groups begin, no new participants are added. This allows for trust and consistency to grow among couples. The course is also only offered during specific times of the year, so registering ensures you have a spot when the next session starts.
Can I attend re|engage without my spouse?
Re|engage is designed for couples to walk through together, with both spouses fully participating in the process.

Because the content and group discussions are built around mutual growth, shared reflection, and open communication, both individuals need to be present and committed for the program to be effective.

If your spouse isn’t ready to participate at this time, we encourage you to pray, seek support from our pastoral team, and trust that God is still at work in your marriage.

We’re here for you and would love to talk with you about next steps and future opportunities.
