WEEK 2: WALK IN HIS POWER (Luke & Acts)
📖 Theme Focus:
When Jesus promised the Holy Spirit, He wasn’t offering a symbol or a feeling He was promising power. This week, we will learn to walk in that power, not by might, not by human effort, but by His Spirit.

DAY 8: Power from On High
Scriptures:
I will send the Holy Spirit, just as my Father promised. But stay here in the city until the Holy Spirit comes and fills you with power from heaven.
Luke 24:49 (NLT)
But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you. And you will be my witnesses, telling people about me everywhere—in Jerusalem, throughout Judea, in Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.
Acts 1:8 (NLT)
It is not by force nor by strength, but by my Spirit, says the LORD of Heaven’s Armies. Zechariah 4:6 (NLT)
Reflection:
Jesus told His followers to wait for “power from heaven.” That power wasn’t for fame, but for purpose. The Holy Spirit enables ordinary people to do extraordinary things for God. You don’t have to strive for strength, simply receive what He’s already made available.
Personal Prayer:
Lord, fill me with Your Spirit today. Help me to walk in Your power, not my own. Use my life to point others to You.
Corporate Prayer Focus:
Pray that Liberty Church would be known as a Spirit-empowered house full of bold witnesses, miracles, and hearts set on mission.
